TERMS
A full days board is charged for the day of arrival and the day of departure. This allows for essential disinfecting and deep cleaning of pens.
Payment of boarding fees can be made upon drop off or collection.
In the event of the owners returning before the end of the period for which the cat is booked in, the full period will be charged.
We reserve the right to increase our daily boarding rates at any time. Every effort will be made to maintain the current charges but should there be any substantial rises in the cost of essential commodities and supplies, an increase may be inevitable.
HEALTH
No cat suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any contagious disease can be accepted.
All cats will be examined upon arrival but we reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill-health, pending advice from a veterinary surgeon. This is essential to ensure the health and well-being of all the cats being boarded.
Male cats over the age of 7 months which have not been neutered cannot be boarded as this may present an infection hazard.
All collars must be removed prior to boarding.
No prescribed medicines will be administered to any cat unless they are provided in the correct packaging and have a prescribing label from the vet attached.
